Vladimir was born in 1962 in the city of Murom in Vladimir region. From 1978 till 1982 he had been studying in Pensa in the School of Arts named after Savitskiy. In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow Pedagogical University, Faculty of Arts.

Many of the artist’s works were exhibited in different countries.
