Romanov Vladimir was born in the city of Batumi (Adzharia). The artist graduated from the University of Arts in Russia. At the University of Vilnius (Lithuania) he wrote the dissertation for the rank of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.

Vladimir is a member of the Union of Artists of Israel and a member of Association of Caricaturists “Penkom”.
