The artist was born in 1967 in Moscow. In 1991 he moved to Israel.

Absence of art formation is connected with physical inability on sight. Eduard studied painting on his own.

The artist participates in opening days in Jerusalem and in Tel Aviv. He lives and works in the city of Beersheba. “Each of us have their own secret of happiness, their own signs of the dream-land, and when they see these signs they feel pleasure and peace. For some people this sign is a picture of smooth sea surface, which carries them away in the world of memoirs dear to their heart. For others such signs merge into deserted landscape, evoking the images other planets and space distances and only this can give them maximum delight.

I help people to recreate the recipe of their personal peace, a secret gate to their happy dream, the most favourite Mirage. I feel satisfied when the customer, taking away the picture, starts telling me, where exactly it will be hung, so that he always could have an opportunity to become revived. It is life-work to create festival for others.

For me is very important the idea that once was formulated by Delacroix - that the picture should be a festival for the eyes. I aspire to it, though my own attitude is rather too minor. But maybe this is what the artist’s task consists in - to change the world, to give it the missing colours so that everyone could feel looking at the picture that everything is improvable and life is good.”
