Igor Zaborskikh was born in Kaliningrad.

After military service in frontier troops he entered the Ivanovo Art College, faculty of design. After the College he worked as the designer in Kursk, then in Kaliningrad.

There were two personal exhibitions in the Kaliningrad Museum of Art History. Igor took part in various exhibitions in St. Petersburg, designed interiors, taught in the Lyceum.

Recently the artist has started painting canvases. The artist is interested in computers.
